HEIR TO THE KINGDOM

Heir to the kingdom, his ensign unfurled,
King of the castle, in his own little world.

Lord of the manor, he thoughtfully trains,
Benevolent leader, wisely he reigns.

Righteous defender, with courage he fights,
Fearless in battle, for truth and for right.

A man of the people, amongst them he labors,
Humble and kind to his friends and his neighbors.

Inspired instructor, his teachings uplift,
Generous mentor, his time is his gift.

Monarch in training, all virtues he’ll nourish,
God’s faithful servant, whose kingdom will flourish!
